Key split

Hello all !

I'm trying to do a double box where my boxes are split key, a video source and a still store. Is there a way to change the video (fill) and to keep the still store as the key signal ? I cannot use Key memory because I have other boxes that are not using this still store, it's a preset pattern. With the DVEous i'm able to do this by changing the B side of the aux to video, but I'm wondering if there's a way to do this with a ME,

Found my answer. Since I'm not a big fan of the key memory, bad experiences :P I was a bit worried to used it... Anyway, I finally just did it with the keyer wipe using the utility bus, this way, I can put any source and I don't have to worry about the key split, Thanks for your suggestions !

It's on a Kalypso. That's a great idea ! That should work, but I'm still wondering if there is a way to "hold" the key side

On what switcher? If I remember correctly, if you change the video feeding the keyer, the key will change to the coupled signal for that video.

The first thing that comes to my mind is to duplicate a video source (using on of the virtual inputs, listed as VR on my Kayak) and assign the store as key signal to that VR.
