Kayak next transition problem

I was doing a show on BTN 19 and my keyers and next transition started to freak out on me. Multiple times during the show I went to next transition background, key 2 and key 3, this caused all 4 keyers to light up on my next transition and assigned dpm's to keys 1 and 4. I have had this happen before but was always an isolated incident that I dismissed as just being weird. This time around it happened 5 or 6 times and started to affect my show. I went through all for my emems and effects and couldn't find anything that would trigger this to happen. Has anyone else experienced anything like this or have any answers as to why this happened?

I think the latest updates don't play nice with the previously saved setups. (It took me awhile to remember how to do the clean feed on this thing!)

Its good to hear that it;s not just me. I have decided that just rebuilding my show from a truck default is my next step. I don't know if over time repeated modifying just corrupts the files or something. The first time I saw this happen I put the blame on my iPhone which was sitting right next to the keyers that were affected. Once it happened again with no phone in sight I knew that wasn't the problem. All I can do is pay close attention to my next transitions before I hit auto trans.

Something is seriously wrong with this switcher. I was on this truck yesterday, and when we got into the game, my macros were corrupted, I couldn't get the emems to recall keyer sources, and random crosspoint buttons were flashing. I'm on this truck again tomorrow, and I'm not too happy about it.
