On the DME7000 there's a freeze button. Sometimes we use it for a easy to use still store.
When I recall a switcher (DVS-7250) snapshot (with the shotbox), the DME is going to the right effect, but the freeze is still there. How can I reset the freeze with a snapshot recall?

(Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand my question)

Felix

Hi Felix! You can store two different snapshots. One with the soft-freeze enabled and one with it disabled. So you get two buttons, one to 'open' and one to 'close' your "DME still store". If you have further questions, you can contact me by mail (in german, if it's easier for you.) Greetings from Cologne, Chris

We often use the DME control panel for a quick snapshot. You only have to push one button and you have the still. So it's not very comfortable for us to go into a menu and use the soft freeze. Is there a way to kick-out the freeze with a snapshot, macro or something else? Felix

Hello Felix, What you could probably do is use the DME soft freeze button instead of the hard freeze one. I don't remember in which menu it is, probably DME input. Each time that you will recall a DME snaphot or effect, if the soft button is off, it will recall your DME with its live input in it. If you want your frozen image back, turn on the ''last freeze'' soft button. The DME will keep the last frozen image in its buffer. Hope that helps, JP

Salut, Tu travailles o? ??
