Hi
my query is on installing a new hard drive in Kahuna if my existing harddrive fails, do i have to just insert the new drive and resotre my backup file or do i also require any other drivers other then my Kahuna backup file to get the new drive detected. Also how to reset the ' hardware warning' thats showing in the GUI panel.

Regards
Vikas

Pleased to hear you are back up and running. Kahuna Mirror is not a free utility, it is a licenced product. regards Trevor

Hi Many thanks, have replaced the HDD and the system is up :) , the ' Harddisk Fail' warning has cleared too. Also the K mirror software that you have recommended, is it licensed or its a free utility. Thanks & Regards Vikas Asija

Hi, The replacement HDD for Kahuna needs no drivers installed. You can load you backup file from your laptop onto the new HDD and everything will be back where it was. There is also a new piece of software called Kahuna Mirror. This enables you to keep a constant backup of your drive on any connected laptop/PC. When you install your new drive into Kahuna the PC can automatically backup all files to the new drive so that it is identical to the PC HDD. With regards your hardware warning message, what is the message? regards
