Sony DVS-7350 Problem With PGM/PST transition

We're in the process of configuring a Sony DVS-7350. Somehow we've lost the ability to perform BKG transitions on the PST/PGM bus. The only way we can bring a source online right now is by taking it blind on PGM.

Any thoughts? My colleague told me that he was working with DME configuration when we lost the ability to transition...

Try to perform a factory reset on swicher/panel and DME section from ENG setup

There are two RS422 connections you should check, one would be the connection between the DMK-7000 and the DVS mainframe, the other between the DMK and the control panel.
