Hi Everyone,

First time poster, so please bear with me...

Currently on 15.1.1 software and randomly while grabbing stills via AUX bus
we get V jitter on all Stillstore outputs. Deleting the still that sets the jitter
off does not fix. Its as though the reference signal to the Stillstore get corrupted.
Sometimes we grab 15-20 stills per show per day no problems, then other days
3-4 stills and the the jitter starts.
Anyone have this issue ?
Seems to only have started on 15.x.x, and we have this problem on both switchers

Cheers and thanks

Just talked to gvg. Version 15.1.2 should fix it. I seems to be a high priority for them.

I'm running 15.1.0.1 and I have the same problem of vertical jitter. It looks like the still store grabs in field instead of frame. But it looks like it's always there not intermittent. Waiting for an fix from GVG. Thanks

Yes, we have two Kalypso HDs running 15.1.0 at 1080i/25Hz and we see the same problems. We also see some video corruption on stills which have been in the cache for a while and are recalled often. Seems pretty intermittent. Can't make it happen on demend and it doesn't seem related to any particular input or SS output. We had our engineering department report it to to GVG.
