Intermittent Camera Tallies

Kalypso Classic, Phillips LDK-6000 cameras, Phillips Series 9000 OCP's.
Intermittently, several times/day, all four camera tallies will flash on the cams and OCP's regardless of the state of the switcher.  It will happen at any time, even when the switcher is unattended.  Switcher output and tallies are not affected.  This would appear to be a cam issue and not a switcher problem but neither manufacturer is familiar with this complaint.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this...thanks.

What tally system? Are the tallies integrated with a router? how long have the tallies been acting up? Has anything changed in the facility recently? If nothing changed and you now have this tally "burp", something is up.
