Kalypso 1 M/E Learn-Mod

Is it possible to do a learn-mod on the Kalypso 1 M/E panel? With no mod button on the panel, we tried clicking mod in the menu and it didn't work.

We were trying to add an eMem level to a timeline. I know there's a sequence of button presses that can add a level and keep the undercut on a full Kalypso ... does that work on the mini switcher?

<learn>, <mod> (mod shows up below after pressing <learn>)

Yes it is possible, plus there is a mod button on the menu panel, it's just buried in the panel's menu.  Just make sure 'eff edit' is delegated for the panel menu.  Then the 5 soft keys under the menu change to timeline editing functions.  One of them is Mod.
