I'm just trying to get my head around Kalypso as I may need to use one in the next couple of months, I come from a Sony background. I have installed the latest menu software on my PC and have been having a look around. I have one quick question, is there a way to edit macros?

You'll be looking for the selection "Menu On PC" on the installation software.

While there is no macro editor, a workaround to building (and rebuilding) complex macros is to build a bunch of small steps, then chain them together to create the complex macro.  That way if it doesn't work & you need to change anything you only need to make the change to one small macro; then chain the macros together again rather than rebuild the whole thing step by step.

I just downloaded it yesterday from the Grassvalley.com website.  Go to Support, then Downloads, Broadcast Products, Switchers/effects.  You'll find it there along with Kayenne and Indigo downloads.  No ftp site needed.

The grass valley FTP server is not responding.  Does anyone know another place to download this file?

Sorry, dude ... no macro editor.  Macros are basically an all or nothing venture.
