Kalypso Still Store

Can any one give a detailed explanation of how to save stills from a Kalypso HD Still Store to an external hard drive.  I have read the manual but I'm missing a step.

OK, I've been able to export stills using the Still Store Loader. I went into the format tab and enabled the key signal, but when I reload the stills with key signal enabled the stills come back unusable.  Does any one have any tricks?

Are you using a PC or a Mac? If you're using a Mac you can ftp into the Kalypso Still Store using a program called Transmit. It's pretty easy to set up. It will download and upload your stills or animations just as you saved them.
