Ran into something the other day that I hadn't seen before, and thought I'd ask to see if anyone here had some insight.

I was building a a timeline for a replay effect, and couldn't get both channels of Spotbox to play from the Lance on any KF, except the first.  On the second KF, I could roll the A-channel, but never the B-channel.  Even learning the initial emem as a play command and then inserting a cue command before, forced the same result.

In the end, I recalled a similar effect from my USB drive and modified the timing and it worked fine.

I can't recall ever seeing that issue. What version software? SD or HD switcher? Did you have engineering reboot the switcher?

HD switcher, running 15.1.2.  I was able to show the engineers what was happening, and did have them do a reboot.  The issue was still there after the reboot, so I'm wondering if draining the NVRam might be the solution?

I thought it was a strange issue, too, Mike.  Certainly one that I hadn't seen before, either!
