Came to work to find the Busy light active on the touch screen. Not a big deal unless i need to, say, edit an offline macro.  Is there a way to reset/reboot ONLY the touch screen?  Thanks!

If you look at the physical buttons to the left of the touchscreen, you will see them laid out in a 4-across by 9-down matrix.  For the reset, ignore to farthest 2 left buttons that are hanging out there by themselves.  Using the 4x9 matrix, simultaneously press all four of the buttons that make up the corners of the matrix...hold them down until you see the screen go into reboot.

Interesting. This worked on our 8000A, but not the newer 3000.

Thank you!

I'm not sure that I understand this. Which four buttons?

If you press and hold down for 5 seconds the four corner buttons of the the top menu then the menu will restart.
