If anybody's out there...

Looking to import movies directly into the ImageStore via USB drive. The manual mentions specific file formats (AVI, MOV, MP4) with no qualifications i.e. wrappers etc.  Any additional thoughts/advice other than making sure resolution is correct?

Thanks

Paul

The AVIs should be RGB uncompressed, MP4 will be full frame as there is no alpha channel so you would need a separate alpha movie and use Edit to combine the video and key channels, MOV should be uncompressed and use the Animation codec. The last time i used them at up to 4K resolution and they all worked.I think the MOVs will - if SD or HD will go into a Summit too, but you need latest Summit software as there is a known Adobe issue which grew about 2 years ago. Older Adobe software was fine, but newer caused a metadata issue I think.
